2. Commissions & Revisions

All paintings are hand-made. We provide a digital preview and include reasonable revisions before final approval. After approval, only minor touch-ups may be possible.

3. Payments & Shipping

Prices are listed in USD. We accept major payment methods through secure processors. Free US shipping is included for standard orders.

4. Copyright & Usage

By submitting photos, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use them. We retain the right to display anonymized images of commissioned works in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before painting begins for a full refund. After painting starts, a partial fee may apply based on work completed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanvasCraft is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Site or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
